1. The Commission Policy
Because a Brand Signature is mathematically tied to your specific launch date and power word, it cannot be "resold" or reused for another client.
No Refunds on Design: Once the mapping process begins, the energy and time are committed.
The Intent is Final: The core shape is a reflection of your specific data. Once the mapping begins, the Power Word and Date are set to ensure the integrity of the design.
Revision Limit: I provide two rounds of refinements to the aesthetic, but the geometric core remains fixed to your mapping data.
2. The Signature Guarantee
Mathematical DNA: I warrant that your signature is a bespoke linear mapping of your provided Power Word and Launch Date.
Digital Integrity: I provide high-resolution "digital seals" (SVG, PNG, JPG) suitable for everything from favicons to large-scale print.
The Lifetime Anchor: Your signature is designed to hold the frequency of your brand for its lifetime. While your "style" might change, the geometric heartbeat remains a permanent anchor.
The Refinement Process: Your signature is a discovery. Because it is mathematically derived from your unique data, the core geometry is fixed. It is the visual representation of your brand’s birth.
I offer two rounds of refinement to perfect the aesthetic. This covers:
The Palette: Adjusting the tones and gradients.
The Weight: Making lines feel bolder or more delicate.
The Scale: Ensuring it sits right for your primary use.
3. Ownership & Originality
A Custom Construction: I warrant that your signature is an original piece of work, mathematically derived from your specific data.
Proof of Origin: I maintain a private "Formula Log" of your mapping. This ensures that every signature I create is a distinct, one-of-a-kind construction. If data points between two clients overlap, I manually adjust line weights or terminal points to ensure no two files are ever identical.
Ownership: Upon final payment, you own the copyright to use the Signature as your brand mark.
The Scribe’s Archive: I retain the right to display the Signature in "The Scribes Archive" as a testament to the work and a record of the mapping.
