But what if I told you that the key to unlocking the love you want isn’t about trying harder or forcing it? It’s not about waiting for someone to magically show up at your door. It’s about shifting your energy, realigning with your true self, and creating space for love to flow to you.


I know it’s not easy, but the good news is: you can do it. And you don’t have to go through this journey alone.


Understanding What You’re Going Through


I see so many women who are going through the exact same struggles. You’re tired of the endless cycle of disappointment. You’ve experienced heartbreak, and now you’re unsure if you’ll ever find a partner who truly sees you for who you are. Maybe you’re starting to question your worth, wondering if you’re asking for too much. Perhaps you’ve even convinced yourself that maybe you’re meant to be single forever.

If you’re still holding on to past hurt, doubt, or feelings of unworthiness, you’re sending out a frequency that doesn’t align with the love you want. You’ll keep attracting people and situations that reinforce those negative beliefs.


But when you start to heal, when you start to truly love yourself and believe that you deserve a healthy relationship, everything changes. It’s not magic—it’s energy. When you align your thoughts, emotions, and actions with the kind of love you desire, the universe has no choice but to bring that love into your life.


My Journey and How I Got Here


I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve felt the pain of betrayal and heartbreak. I’ve questioned my worth and believed I would never find the love I deserved. But the turning point came when I made a decision: I would stop settling. I would no longer accept love that didn’t align with my values, my boundaries, or my worth.

It wasn’t an overnight shift, but by practising the tools I now teach, like EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), journaling, and visualisation, I was able to heal and shift my energy. And that’s when everything changed.


I began to realise that the love I was seeking was never outside of me—it was within. I had to love and accept myself first. I had to heal from past hurt and truly step into my worth before I could attract the kind of relationship I desired.

And that’s when I manifested my soulmate. Not because I forced it, but because I had done the inner work to become the person who was ready to receive that kind of love.


How to Start Shifting Your Energy


If you’re ready to start attracting the love you deserve, here are some steps you can take to shift your energy and align with your desires:


  1. Heal Your Heart: Start by releasing any past hurt, trauma, or limiting beliefs that are holding you back. This could be from previous relationships or negative messages you’ve internalised over the years. Use tools like EFT, journaling, or meditation to clear these blocks.

  2. Focus on Self-Love: Before you can attract the right partner, you need to love yourself first. Spend time doing things that make you feel good, practise self-care, and remember that you are enough just as you are.

  3. Visualise Your Ideal Relationship: Take a moment every day to visualise the kind of relationship you want. How does it feel? What values do you share with your partner? When you visualise your ideal love, you send a clear message to the universe that you’re ready for it.

  4. Affirm Your Worth: Every day, remind yourself that you are deserving of the love you want. Say affirmations like, “I am worthy of a healthy, loving relationship,” and “I deserve love that honours and respects me.” The more you affirm your worth, the more you’ll align with it.

  5. Let Go of Attachment: Trust that your soulmate is on their way. Let go of the need to control the “how” or “when,” and trust that the universe will bring the right person to you at the right time. Be open to the process, and don’t try to rush it.


It’s Time to Believe in Your Worth


You’re not broken. You don’t need to change who you are to deserve love. You simply need to believe in your worth and align with the energy of the love you want to attract. It might take time, but remember that the journey is just as important as the destination.


Manifestation is a powerful tool, but it starts with you. When you believe in yourself and heal from the past, you’ll begin to see the love you’ve been waiting for.
